Exchange, Return and Order Cancellation Policy - Home Tech Store

Home Tech Store is committed to customer satisfaction, while adhering to the statutory and contractual warranty provisions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The following are the rules for exchanges, returns, and cancellations:


First: Replacement and refund

  • The customer has the right to request a replacement or return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt or receipt by a third party appointed by him.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • The product is subject to inspection by the store before approval for exchange or return.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for exchange or return (locally and internationally), except in cases where there is a manufacturing error or defect in the product, in which case the store bears the cost.

Second: Products that are not exchangeable or returnable

  • Products are custom-designed to the customer's request, unless they are defective or do not meet specifications.
  • Products that have been used such as software, electronic media, or printed materials (books, magazines, publications).
  • Products damaged as a result of misuse by the customer.
  • Immediate services such as accommodation, transportation, food, or downloading software over the Internet.
  • Discounted or non-full-priced items are non-refundable.

Third: Cancel the request

  • The customer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the terms of the return policy above.
  • You must contact the store through official channels to confirm the cancellation request.

Financial recovery mechanism

  • Refunds will be made using the same original payment method and in the local currency in which the payment was made.
  • If payment is made via international cards, the refund will be processed in the same manner, and the customer will bear any differences or currency conversion fees.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of the store receiving the returned items or receiving proof of shipping.
  • The store is not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion differences imposed by the bank.

Shipping and Return Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for the costs and risks of returning the products to the store.
  • It is recommended to use secure and trackable shipping companies.
  • The store is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipping, and refunds will only be issued after the product is actually received or official proof of the return is received.
